Job Description:

Job Summary

Leads a team accountable for delivering AI-enabled tools and capabilities that streamline and strengthen the SDLC outer loop / Product Delivery Lifecycle, including use-case intake, planning, governance, architecture and security review workflows. The role drives use-case discovery and prioritization, operational delivery, and partner alignment across Technology, Architecture, Security, and control functions, ensuring solutions are well-managed and aligned with enterprise expectations and controls. The goal of this role is to transform manual governance and planning into a frictionless, AI-assisted experience, reducing the time from 'ideation' to 'implementation' while maintaining rigorous standards.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership & Team Management

  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team; foster a positive environment that promotes quality, innovation, and teamwork; support mentorship and knowledge transfer across the function.

  • Set objectives and meaningful measures for the team’s outcomes; implement monitoring and feedback systems to evaluate progress and drive continuous improvement.

Use Case Discovery, Intake, Prioritization & Implementation

  • Drive a disciplined use-case discovery and intake approach, supporting early drafting/refinement of ideas, formal submission, and maturation of use cases to delivery readiness.

  • Identify opportunities for Generative AI to automate documentation drafting (e.g., Security Design Documents, Architecture Diagrams) and streamline stakeholder approval workflows.

  • Partner with product, delivery, and control stakeholders to confirm problem statements, value hypotheses, scope, ownership, alignment, dependencies, and readiness signals; maintain enterprise visibility and pipeline positioning once submitted.

  • Plays a lead role in the conceptualization, design, and delivery of AI-orchestrated workflows, ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards for quality, scalability, and security.

Governance, Architecture & Security Review Enablement

  • Lead delivery of AI-enabled capabilities that improve outer-loop governance and reviews (e.g., architecture due diligence, roadmap alignment, review forum preparation), ensuring solutions support teams operating across Initiation/Planning and do not proceed without required assessment where applicable.

  • Ensure work aligns with TD delivery methodologies and governance/oversight expectations for Change delivery, including adherence to applicable controls within the methodology.

Stakeholder Partnership & Enterprise Alignment

  • Provide consultative leadership and act as an ambassador for AI/ML adoption across the organization, working closely with business and technology owners to identify opportunities and deliver enterprise solutions to internal customers.

  • Ensure programs/policies/practices are well-managed, comply with internal/external requirements, and maintain a strong culture of risk management and control aligned to risk appetite.

  • Acts as a trusted technical leader in AI/ML, providing expert guidance to senior stakeholders on solution direction, tradeoffs, and delivery considerations.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in regulated environments (technology, delivery, governance, architecture, security, risk, or controls).

  • Experience leading delivery of AI/ML solutions that generate measurable business and operational outcomes at enterprise scale.

  • Strong capability in translating strategic direction into delivery plans, measurable outcomes, and sustained execution (including continuous improvement).

  • Experience creating prioritization mechanisms to drive delivery focus and enterprise alignment.

  • Ability to influence and partner effectively across multiple stakeholder groups and control functions to deliver outcomes at enterprise scale.

Education

  • Advance degree in Engineering or AI.
