Job Description:
Reporting to executive leadership within Financial Crime Risk Management, the Senior Manager, Business Efficiency Enablement & Delivery Governance is accountable for enterprise‑level oversight and enablement of business‑led efficiency tooling, ensuring solutions deliver immediate value to business users while remaining aligned with TD’s risk, control, audit, and governance frameworks, and long‑term strategic direction.
This role operates as a Senior Manager and strategic integrator, responsible for shaping how tactical, interim tools and workflow solutions are designed, governed, tested, and adopted by Canadian business partners within FCRM- particularly where global strategic platforms are planned but not yet available.
