Job Description:

Role Overview

TD is seeking a Senior Technology Delivery Lead (L11) to drive the planning, delivery, and execution of TD Data’s AI enablement initiatives across the enterprise.

This role is accountable for leading cross-functional delivery, ensuring alignment between data platforms, governance, and AI capabilities, and delivering scalable, compliant, and business-aligned data solutions that support enterprise AI priorities.

The successful candidate will operate in a complex, multi-team environment, providing leadership across delivery, stakeholder engagement, and roadmap execution.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Delivery Leadership & Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI data initiatives for TD Data.
  • Coordinate cross-team execution, managing dependencies, risks, and schedules.
  • Apply Agile (SAFe) practices to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
  • Manage planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Support AI Roadmap & Strategic Alignment with Business units & TD Data Hub

  • Develop and maintain a multi-quarter Data strategy, capabilities, tooling and Data Management roadmap in line with enterprise AI strategy.
  • Convert business and AI goals into actionable plans for data enablement and prioritized backlogs.
  • Align delivery with TD’s data strategy, cloud platforms, and governance standards.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Serve as main contact between TD Data leadership, platform teams, and stakeholders.
  • Deliver clear executive updates on risks, progress, and results.
  • Facilitate alignment across priorities and groups.

Data & Platform Enablement

  • Deliver AI-ready data capabilities: scalable pipelines, governed datasets, and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with architecture and engineering for scalable, compliant solutions.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to all data governance, risk, and regulatory policies.
  • Drive data quality, lineage, and control compliance.
  • Identify and address delivery risks.

Financial & Resource Management

  • Manage delivery within funding constraints.
  • Optimize resource allocation and track financials and value realization.

People Leadership & Team Enablement

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
  • Promote ongoing skill development and team effectiveness.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years in technology delivery, program management, or data solutions, with proven leadership of large, cross-functional projects.
  • Experience implementing data and/or AI solutions in complex environments; strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient with Azure, Databricks, SQL, Collibra, Unity Catalog, Power BI, JIRA, and Confluence.

Delivery & Domain Knowledge

  • Strong grasp of Agile (SAFe), data management, and governance.
  • General Understanding of AI/ML/LLM/Agentic lifecycle and data readiness.

Leadership

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.
  • Effective in ambiguous settings and skilled at influencing without authority.

Education

  • Bachelor’s in Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees/certifications (Agile, PMP, SAFe) are assets.
