Job Description:
ITM Investigations are conducted when there is concern that an employee knowingly or through negligence has created risk to our customers or the bank. This could be through improperly accessing or misusing data, facilitating illegal external activities, cyber or IT abuse or severe physical threats.
At the completion of the ITM Investigation QC performs an inline review prior to case closure to ensure accuracy and completeness in accordance with published guidance and standards.
QC employees must be subject matter experts on ITM Investigations so that they can identify when there are inaccuracies or incomplete case work.
Job duties include:
Perform a holistic review of the ITM Investigations cases in the ITM system of record to ensure adherence to published guidance and standards
Complete a QC review script with results of holistic review
Identify errors within ITM Investigations cases when applicable
Provide concise feedback to the ITM Investigator so that the case errors can be corrected
Validate case errors are corrected
Collaborate with ITM Investigator on error disputes
Calibrate with ITM QC colleagues to ensure consistency in QC reviews
Update QC review scripts when published guidance and standards update
Complete QC within established SLA and highest level of quality
Assist QC leadership with additional projects or tasks as needed
Assist with data validations for QC results reporting
Assist with reconciliation of QC reviews completed
Stay informed and knowledgeable on all published guidance, standards and technology in scope for QC
Identify themes or trends in errors and raise to leadership when applicable
Identify opportunities in published guidance and standards that could provide more clarity to reduce errors
