Job Description:
Job Accountabilities – What You'll Do
- Work closely with business partners and other groups of diverse subject matter experts and stakeholders understand business requirements and to propose technical system solutions to accomplish them
- Define, document (including use of visual diagrams) and translate business requirements into detailed system requirements and technical and functional specifications while also taking into account non-functional requirements.
- Assist testing team members in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results.
- Contribute to POD's success by assisting the PO in effort estimation, identifying risks and recommending mitigation measures etc.
- Coach new or less experienced colleagues and serve as a reference point throughout requirements management life cycle.
- Lead and support technology initiatives and onboardings for industry best technology solutions – working with many different internal stakeholder groups to ensure the technologies are assessed and meet TD standards.
- Manage changes to existing technology applications within the Cards Technology portfolio – these changes could range from minor configuration changes to major upgrade/migration changes.
- Define & document requirements, perform data/system/impact analysis, develop test plans and execute and/or support User Acceptance Testing with business partners.
- Work with technology partners (e.g. Solution Designers and Architects) to research and analyze current state system capabilities and define technology solutions options and recommendations.
- Keep management informed of projects progress and potential risks with clear and concise recommendation on risk mitigation.
- Spearhead process change efforts by working in collaboration with upstream and downstream stakeholders to detail current state and desired state end-to-end processes.

Job Requirements – What You Need to Succeed
- Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate
- 5+ years' experience as a BSA or similar Business Analyst/System Analyst role
- API/Distributed knowledge is required
- Advanced knowledge of system analysis process and techniques, as well as an understanding of system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows and business rules.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis, data and process mapping, quality assurance, project delivery practices and standards across the project delivery lifecycle.
- Ability to work with technology partners to research and analyze current state system capabilities and define technology solutions options and recommendations
- Experience working in Agile delivery practice
- Understanding of JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint will be helpful.
- Having domain knowledge in terms of Credit Card domain / products will also be an asset.
