Position Summary:
This role owns the design and execution of scalable, personalized outbound strategies across sales and marketing to drive pipeline growth. Partnering closely with sales and customer success, you will manage account-based marketing and sales (ABM/ABS) campaigns, as well as high-impact events that generate revenue and deepen customer engagement.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management and technical expertise with hands-on experience leveraging AI and automation tools to personalize outreach at scale. This person thrives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment selling to manufacturers and retailers across multiple industries and excels at turning data insights into actionable campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize AI-driven, multi-channel ABM campaigns targeting high-value manufacturer and retailer accounts, scaling personalized outreach based on sales and marketing insights.
- Manage end-to-end in-person and virtual events, ensuring alignment with sales priorities and brand strategy. Events are external, and require significant management and organization.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target accounts, define engagement strategies, and track campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring flawless execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Utilize CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mixmax), and AI tools to automate outreach, personalize messaging at scale, log engagement, generate insights, and improve campaign efficiency.
- Create, optimize, and test copy for ABM campaigns, email sequences, event materials, and other content assets in partnership with product marketing and sales.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders for event and ABM execution.
- Continuously evaluate industry trends, AI marketing tools, and emerging strategies to improve ABM and event marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on ABM and event management in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record in executing complex, multi-channel ABM campaigns that support sales objectives.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Deep expertise in CRM and automation platforms, and experience leveraging AI tools to optimize marketing execution.
- Strong copywriting skills for campaigns, email sequences, and event communications.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships for events and campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Preferred:
- Experience working with manufacturers and retailers across multiple industries.
- Familiarity with additional marketing automation and event management tools.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects, and mentor junior team members.
