This role is based in Bangalore.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Group Product Manager to join our Product Management team to drive the success of our Trust Engineering business. This team is responsible for ensuring members are able to share information with their community in a safe and trusted manner without encountering abusive content experiences or being exposed to policy violating content. This includes regulating harms of hate-speech, misinfo, nudity, discrimination, illegal goods, graphic violence, etc

In this role, you will lead a team of PMs and organizations across engineering, AI, DS, policy, operations, design, and more to ensure members are kept safe from harmful and violating content.You will work with cross-functional peers across LinkedIn, as well as our ecosystem partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product, Design, Engineering, Business Development, AI and Marketing to create and articulate a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned product areas. Get alignment from stakeholder teams and executives to translate strategy into actionable product milestones that deliver incremental value to our customers.
  • Synthesize market needs from interactions with customers, partners, sales and marketing teams into product requirements and roadmap
  • Define product metrics, objectives, and key results to help guide, prioritize, and measure the success of the strategy, product initiatives, and releases for the LSS business.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, data sciences, marketing, legal, and business development teams to build, release, promote, and successfully grow features from launch to maturity.


Qualifications

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
  • 9+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent role
  • 3+ years of managerial experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS or higher degree in a technology-related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to synthesize and simplify complex technical subjects for technical, non-technical, partner and executive audiences alike
  • Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience working with a set of highly skilled engineers, data scientists, and designers.
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced environment. Strong analytical skills and ability to execute complex product launches.
  • Experience building products with strong focus on user experience, data-driven decision making; exposure to B2B SaaS products
