Our Monetization Strategic Finance team is searching for a strategic and results-driven Manager of Strategic Finance, EMEAL for LinkedIn Sales Solutions (LSS) who is adept at advising and influencing key leaders on business growth, strategic direction, investment tradeoffs & organizational structure.
This role will be the Strategic Finance Partner for LSS’s EMEAL teams, partnering with Sales and xFunctional leadership to deliver top line growth and margin accountability. This role will play a central role in decisions affecting our regional strategy - connecting the global strategy to the regions and the regions to the global - accelerating EMEA through an unprecedented phase of company growth and success at scale.
The role is highly cross-functional, blending strategy & execution, creating clarity and speed to execution of needle-moving corporate priorities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving highly complex ambiguous operational and strategic questions, has exceptional business / financial acumen and has the skills to operate autonomously to identify, prioritize, partner, influence and implement high-impact change.
This role will report to LinkedIn’s Senior Director of LSS Strategic Finance.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Thinking
- Identifies and validates new opportunities for growth, leading strategy development with business partners, connecting regional trends to global strategy and global strategy to regional trends. Thinks holistically not just on GTM strategy, but also on Product / R&D strategy.
- Conducts ad hoc and in-depth analysis across the LSS business to develop deep understanding of key value drivers, identify improvement areas and opportunities, prove/disprove hypotheses and address highly complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results.
- Supports LSS EMEAL performance by managing, maintaining, and optimizing our EMEA P&L. Leverages and / or develops models, key metrics, and forecasts to drive strategic decision making and maintain financial rigor, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Supports financial & operational excellence by delivering an independent POV on drivers of and opportunities for revenue, headcount & expense strategies.
- Leverages insights and data to synthesize problems, develop independent POVs and influence stakeholders.
- Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) and implications of internal/external factors to management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive action.
- Independently partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics-oriented perspective.
- Serves as a resource for stakeholders to answer a wide variety of complex questions.
- Independently drives the development of large workstreams, projects, or operational processes. Proactively identifies obstacles and recommends solutions.
- Works as part of a team that supports the culture and values of the organization, including people development and diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
- 5 + years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience
- 3 + Excel modeling skills and competency in Word and PowerPoint
- 3+ years of experience in the technology industry
- 3+ years of experience partnering w/ SaaS / Sales teams
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations
