Job Description
This role will be based in São Paulo, Brazil OR Mexico City.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
This is a high-impact, hybrid role focused on driving commercial growth with our enterprise customers in Brazil. You will be responsible for helping clients effectively engage with our learning solutions, empowering them to achieve greater success. Dedicated to strengthening customer relationships, you will proactively identify opportunities for growth and expansion. While maintaining a strategic approach to selling and consistently striving to exceed revenue goals, you will always prioritize your clients’ best interests—acting as their trusted advocate to ensure they are set up for long-term success.
The ideal candidate combines deep experience in SaaS and HR tech with a proven ability to excel in value-based selling.

Responsibilities:
- Drive new business through upselling and cross-selling.
- Lead strategic planning, pipeline building, and accurate forecasting.
- Deliver tailored, value-based proposals aligned with client challenges.
- Engage senior stakeholders, from HR to the C-suite.
- Maintain deep knowledge of LinkedIn’s Talent & Learning products.
- Act as a thought leader in the region; speak at industry events.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years in sales or account management
- Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish-level English.
- 5+ years in B2B sales, including SaaS/HR tech experience.
- Experience working with enterprise clients in Brazil or LATAM.
- Experience working with Learning Solutions is a plus
- Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning.
- Comfortable selling in competitive B2B environments using data and ROI-driven approaches.
- Ability to multithread and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated executive presence and consultative selling capabilities.
