- Manage a medium to high complexity portfolio of regional and/or global real estate activities by evaluating, selecting, developing, and managing real estate transactions.
- Drive the development, negotiation, documentation, and approval of complex acquisition agreements, business cases, and deal summaries.
- Collaborate with legal teams and ensure contracts are created with LinkedIn's best interest; lead team members to ensure on-time delivery and contract completion.
- Develop and own multi-year regional strategies and participate in the development and execution of global strategies with senior Real Estate and Workplace stakeholders.
- Provide input in partnership with the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Accounting team, and the supplier on budget and validate final numbers.
- Evaluate processes and recommend, create, and implement innovative solutions to drive operational efficiency.
- Drive alignment with strategic plans based on reporting information (e.g., market reports) at a regional level, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate with and serve as a technical expert among internal teams and support updates to portfolio strategies, workplace programs, and related projects.
- Utilize business intelligence and data to positively influence senior stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate or a directly related field; OR a Bachelor’s degree in business management, real estate, finance, project management, or a related field with at least 8+ years of relevant experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years of project and/or program management experience.
- 4+ years of experience with financial modeling.
- 4+ years of experience working in the technology industry.
- 4+ years of experience working in a large, multinational corporation.
