LinkedIn is seeking an Operations Lead (OL) to drive the strategy and execution of how we operationalize the LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) Go-to-Market Enablement (GTME) team’s work globally, with a focus on the EMEA and LATAM regions.

This role is ideal for a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with strong operational acumen, business insight, and experience in sales enablement. The Operations Lead will design and execute scalable team operations that support both global and regional enablement roadmaps. This individual will partner cross-functionally to ensure GTME operates efficiently, aligns with business priorities, and is positioned for long-term growth. The ideal candidate brings a track record of operationalizing & automating processes, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions, and connecting sales priorities to enablement strategy. This role will work closely with LTS Sales, cross-functional leaders, and the GTME Center of Excellence (COE), which develops scalable enablement programs across LinkedIn’s Global Business Organization.

Responsibilities

  • Enablement Planning
  • Support quarterly enablement planning by streamlining intake from cross-functional stakeholders and aligning priorities to foundational and operational goals.
  • Translate enablement requests into actionable quarterly work plans, tracking program status, outcomes, and risks.
  • Drive successful delivery of Global & Regional (EMEA + LATAM) GTME programs by applying project and change management best practices to ensure milestone clarity, risk mitigation, and stakeholder visibility.
  • Process & Operational Excellence
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable, measurable solutions through root cause analysis and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Design and maintain standardized workflows and centralized documentation in collaboration with COE, Sales Ops, PMM, and other GTME LOBs.
  • Identify AI & automation solutions to create standardization and scalability.
  • Operationalize feedback loops to support iterative development and continuous optimization.
  • Tooling, Data, Insights & Reporting
  • Partner with Tech Enablement to implement drive adoption of enablement tools aligned with LTS business needs and workflows.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for GTME tools (e.g., Gong, Glean, Airtable, CSOD, etc.) within our line of business, ensuring adoption, governance, and data integrity.
  • Establish and promote data hygiene best practices to ensure accurate reporting of enablement outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Enablement Leads, regional GTME partners, and GTME Insights teams to track metrics, deliver pacing updates, and generate training completion reports.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communications
  • Act as a liaison between COE, Sales Ops, PMM, and other line of business to align on training, onboarding, and tool usage.
  • Maintain a centralized enablement resource hub to support knowledge sharing across regions and teams.
  • Facilitate collaboration across global and regional GTME teams to bring programs to market.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to provide regular updates and enhance transparency across the organization.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, program coordination, or project management.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with global teams
  • Experience with GTM strategy, enablement, or sales operations.
  • Experience with AI and automation to scale workflows & operational efficiency.
  • Experience with operational tools such as project management (Airtable), Learning Management (CSOD), Knowledge Management (Glean), Content Management (Sharepoint), Analytics (PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively identify areas for improvement.
