The right candidate will have a background in community management and engagement, plus experience in social media. They will possess excellent public speaking, copywriting and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

We are looking for a Community Manager to join LinkedIn's UK and Pan Europe Editorial team.
The right candidate will have a background in community management and engagement, plus experience in social media. They will possess excellent public speaking, copywriting and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Executing community management programmes and serving as an evangelist for LinkedIn's creator ecosystem and content offerings.
- Onboarding and managing a roster of creators, executives and influencers, driving their growth through targeted strategies in key segments.
- Analysing success using data-driven strategies and making recommendations to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Devising content-led programming and delivering workshops.
- Hosting monthly office hours to retain and inspire onboards.
- Writing monthly communications to all onboarded voices and managing a LinkedIn Community Management Group.
- Collaborating with the News team so that more content from our managed creators can be featured across various on-platform channels.
- Partnering and collaborating with cross-functional teams on key projects and activations.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience in community management, social media marketing or a related field, which requires extensive relationship building and management.
- Fluency in English.
- Competent public speaker and comfortable presenting to various audience sizes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn's mission, publishing tools and analytics.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva.
- Strong writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Teams' Webinar function and Zoom.
- Prior experience in news, media, or social media marketing with a focus on video content.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Ability to multi-task and work across different platforms and channels.
- Ability to work independently, to deadlines, and as part of a team.
