Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline acceleration and acquisition revenue growth in China. This role is pivotal in shaping and owning the acquisition demand generation strategy for the China market, with full accountability for execution—distinct from other regional roles that rely on centralized support.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in B2B marketing, a strong grasp of the China market landscape, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that align marketing, sales, and operations. This role also plays a key part in our go-global initiatives, helping to scale demand generation efforts beyond borders.

The position can be based in Beijing or Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital environments, email, ABM, and webinars.
  • Identify and test new channels (e.g., emerging platforms, partner ecosystems, influencer networks) to drive incremental growth and customer acquisition.
  • Build and manage strategic partnership programs with external platforms, agencies, and co-marketing partners to expand reach and accelerate pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Insights, Regional Field Marketing, and Product Marketing to align messaging and lead handoff processes.
  • Drive funnel performance by using MQL, SQL, and pipeline velocity metrics, and continuously optimize conversion and ROI.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives such as go-global campaigns, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and operations
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of experimentation, agility, and performance excellence.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Business fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) due to client needs


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in launching new channels and building scalable partner-led programs.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, funnel metrics, and sales-marketing alignment.
  • Experience partnering with local digital platforms including Baidu, weChat etc to build brand awareness and drive inbound demand generation.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; experience in China’s B2B and go-global landscape is preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, prioritize initiatives, and drive cross-functional alignment
