This role will be based in New York City.

Within LMS, the Agency Marketing team ensures that agencies have the insights, tools, and support they need to thrive, both for their clients and themselves.
We’re looking for an Agency Marketing Manager to support “Agency 360”: a new initiative focused on scaling LinkedIn’s impact across the unmanaged independent agency landscape. This role is built for someone who knows how agencies work, thrives in cross-functional environments, and brings a growth marketing mindset to every project. You’ll partner with agency sales, product marketing, growth marketing, GPO, and integrated marketing to drive product adoption and agency engagement through targeted campaigns, webinars, enablement resources, and performance insights. You’ll also help shape how this new function scales, building processes, influencing strategy, and adapting as we grow. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative at its early stages.

Basic Qualifications:
The pay range for this role is $100,000 to $156,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

Responsibilities:
Growth Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (on LinkedIn’s channels, email, webinars, etc.) designed to engage agencies at scale and drive product adoption.
- Optimize tactics based on performance data, audience insights, and collaboration with growth and digital teams.s
- Test and iterate on messaging and channel strategies to improve campaign outcomes
- Collaborate with agency sales to deliver timely, strategic enablement materials aligned to LMS priorities.
- Ensure internal partners are informed and equipped to activate Agency 360 programs with their agency accounts.
- Lead the planning and execution of webinars and programming tailored to agency needs manage logistics, content, speaker coordination, and follow-through
- Work with Product Marketing & Integrated Marketing to bring product narratives to life for agency audiences.
- Support the development of messaging, toolkits, and campaign assets that align with agency workflows and language.
- Track and report on key performance indicators across programs (e.g., engagement, conversion, adoption)
- Surface insights that shape future campaign strategy and inform go-to-market priorities
- Drive project momentum through clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder updates
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration and shared accountability across LMS Marketing, Sales, and XFN teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience planning and executing growth marketing campaigns, with proven impact on KPIs such as engagement, conversion, or product adoption.
- 2+ years of experience working directly with or targeting media or advertising agencies, with demonstrated understanding of their role in B2B buying and media planning.
- Proven ability to plan and execute campaigns across digital channels with an eye toward optimization and measurable impact
- Experience collaborating with sales, product marketing, or growth teams
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Skilled communicator with the ability to tailor messaging for internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable with ambiguity, excited by the opportunity to build within a new and evolving team function
- Passion for B2B marketing, and a desire to help agencies unlock growth on LinkedIn
