In this role, you’ll be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our audiences, drive engagement, and elevate our brand presence in real time. You will collaborate closely with social, creator, and partnership teams to produce content that aligns with cultural trends, campaign goals, and community expectations—bringing stories to life with agility and creative excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Production: Own the end-to-end production of social content across channels such as LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit, ensuring alignment with brand voice and cultural relevance.
  • Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives and scripts that elevate brand messaging and resonate deeply with target audiences across social platforms and markets.
  • Copywriting: Craft engaging, on-brand copy for social media posts and campaigns that cater to platform nuances and audience behavior.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creators, partners, and internal stakeholders to ideate, script, and produce engaging video, graphic, and written content that drives community connection and growth. Concept internal talent and influencer content for social media platforms.
  • Real-Time Responsiveness: Coordinate timely content and creative responses to trending moments, audience feedback, and evolving social conversations to maintain relevance and authenticity.
  • Quality & Tone Stewardship: Maintain consistent quality and tone across all social assets, balancing brand personality with audience expectations and platform best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Social, Brand, Legal, Communications, and Customer Experience teams to ensure content complies with guidelines and supports broader marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor content performance metrics and audience engagement, and establish feedback loops to inform creative decisions.
  • Workflow & Tooling Management: Optimize content production processes, leveraging creative tools and platforms to improve efficiency, collaboration, and scalability.
