Job Description

This role will be based in San Francisco or Sunnyvale.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

The LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) Growth Marketing Team is looking for a High-Value Acquisition Marketing Group Manager. This role focuses on creating and executing strategies to attract and retain high-value prospects through targeted content, messaging, and coordinated cross-functional efforts. It includes leading a marketing team to run integrated campaigns, analyzing program performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaboration with Sales and clear communication with stakeholders are essential to ensure alignment, optimize revenue impact, and drive long-term business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive strategy to acquire high value prospects with strong long-term revenue potential, including identifying the key audiences, the right content and messaging, and the right channels and motions to acquire these prospects
  • Shape and execute marketing and in-product strategy to onboard new customers via aligned Sales and Marketing motions to maximize retention and long-term spend
  • Manage, coach, and grow a team team of Marketers to develop and implement a cross-channel program of Marketing campaigns to implement the high-value acquisition strategy, in partnership with LinkedIn’s Marketing Operations teams
  • Assess program performance holistically across the broader acquisition and onboarding team, analyze drivers of performance, and proactively recommend and implement opportunities to improve results
  • Communicate program strategy and ongoing performance to Marketing and Sales stakeholders, ensuring executive visibility, alignment, and buy-in
  • Partner with Sales team to maximize revenue contribution from end-to-end acquisition program, for example by developing strategies for new markets or audiences, improving Sales messaging and outreach, or improving lead routing and handling processes


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree
  • 2+ years of experience leading acquisition and/or lead generation Marketing teams
  • 2+ of experience working with tools like Salesforce, Gong, SalesLoft, and marketing automation platforms
  • 4+ years of experience working with Sales acquisition teams and senior Sales leaders
  • 6+ years of experience managing digital lead generation marketing programs across multiple Marketing channels


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Marketing experience in Ad Tech industry
  • Experience building and scaling programs across global and multilingual markets
  • Background in Sales or Sales Ops, with understanding of the full customer lifecycle and funnel dynamics
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering end-to-end growth strategies that drive measurable business impact
  • Executive-level communications skills, including to senior Marketing and Sales stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to understand broader business context and recommend cross-functional solutions spanning Product, Sales and Marketing

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $149,000 to $233,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
