The pay range for this role is $103,000 to $167,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

Responsibilitiess:
- Lead the execution of cross-functional initiatives that transform AP, Corporate Card, Expense, or Supplier Onboarding processes and systems.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and elevate operational effectiveness across the Payables functions.
- Craft clear and thorough business cases based that inform prioritization and decision-making for process improvement opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Develop strategies to implement new processes; lead the execution of these strategies by coordinating change strategies, including testing and training with stakeholders.
- Champion operational excellence by regularly reviewing key metrics—SLAs, KPIs, and business outcomes—identifying process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks. Implement action plans from these and other analytics.
- Partner with service delivery team members to regularly conduct capacity planning; set resourcing targets that align to the Payables roadmap and process improvement initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners, including Accounting, Payroll, Tax, Strategic Finance, Procurement, Sourcing, Legal, Engineering, and more, to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Collaborate with LinkedIn Compliance and Audit team members to maintain a robust compliance and governance framework; partner with service delivery team members to keep process documentation, SOX narratives, and other core materials current.
- Drive customer satisfaction internally and externally by delivering reliable, high-quality work.
- Manage and resolve escalations for business-critical issues with a focus on swift resolution.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay experience
- Advanced financial post grad qualification or advanced degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Possess six sigma, lean accounting, project management, and / or process improvement certifications
- Experience managing Procure-to-Pay processes on Coupa Platform
- Competency with Oracle R12, Essbase, and other BI reporting tools
- Competency using office productivity and collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Apps, Microsoft Office)
- Experience partnering with project managers, business process analysts, and other transformation teams
- Experience driving process improvements as well as identifying, evaluating, and implementing systems, technologies, and tools
- Experience driving process optimization through a service delivery model that leverages business process outsourcing
- Experience defining, measuring and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and other performance metrics
- Experience working with Internal and External Auditors including the ability to critically evaluate process risks to inform controls design
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate and present key initiatives to senior staff
