We’re looking for a creative yet execution-focused Video Production Specialist to join our agile learning experience team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about using video to scale knowledge, drive customer engagement, and support internal enablement.
You’ll work across multiple asset types—from Help Center articles and webinars to tutorials and outreach campaigns—moving various content types into high-quality, accessible, and multilingual video content. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Scaled Solutions and Customer Learning at LinkedIn, and bring a strong understanding of AI tools and industry innovation to the table.

Basic Qualifications
The pay range for this role is $71,000-$115,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and edit video content across formats: tutorials, webinar recordings, tip sheets, outreach campaigns, and pilot support assets.
- Transform written content (e.g., Help Center articles) into engaging video formats while adhering to brand, accessibility, and localization guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver assets that meet strategic goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with unique timelines, formats, and internal customer requirements.
- Apply accessibility best practices (e.g., captions, audio descriptions, visual clarity) and support multilingual output.
- Use AI tools to streamline production workflows, enhance quality, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Maintain organized asset libraries and version control across projects.
- Apply established learning standards and team best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and instructional soundness across video assets.
- Participate in feedback loops and continuous improvement cycles.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in video production, editing, or multimedia content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with AI-powered production tools (e.g., Synthesia, Descript, Runway ML).
- Demonstrates curiosity around emerging tools and trends in video production and learning design, and actively seeks opportunities to upskill.
- Experience working with knowledge content or instructional design teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience navigating different customer personas and requirements.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Ability to follow detailed briefs and prioritize execution over personal creative direction.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and stakeholder groups.
- Experience with localization workflows and multilingual content production is a plus.
- Good time management, documentation, and project management skills.
