Process Optimization & Close Acceleration

  • Partner with Accounting teams and analyze operating metrics to understand how tools are being used, identifying opportunities to improve workflows and drive efficiency.

  • Identify and drive automation and AI-powered solutions that reduce effort, enhance accuracy, and support scalable workflows.

  • Oversee and continuously optimize Workday’s consolidation and foreign currency processes, including org structure, entity configurations, and translation logic.

Data Integrity & Reporting Enablement

  • Maintain expertise on Workday accounting data structures and how they support downstream financial reporting and analytics.

  • Support light reporting and dashboarding in Workday; partner with the Finance Analytics team on broader data, reporting, AI or other automation initiatives.
