LinkedIn Talents Solutions Customer Success has brought it’s Hiring and Learning Technical Consulting teams together in one organisation. As part of this expansion, we are adding to our incredible leadership team. As a leader you will play a key role in helping drive customer success through technical integration, optimisation and adoption of LinkedIn Talent Solutions products. Relationships matter to us. We are looking for individuals who can add to our team culture, while driving massive impact for our business.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Technical Consultants and solutions experts to deliver measurable customer outcomes
- Own the customer journey for integration from onboarding through renewal, ensuring seamless adoption of LinkedIn Talent Solutions
- Drive strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience, reduce time-to-value, and increase product stickiness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on customer needs and feedback.
- Act as a technical thought leader, guiding enterprise clients through complex integrations and transformation through AI.
- Ensure team consistently meets utilisation and integration activation KPIs through effective resource planning, performance tracking, and process optimisation
- Use data to inform decisions, optimize team performance, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging in hiring, team culture, and customer engagement.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of people management experience in a customer-facing technical consulting or customer success organization.
- 5+ years of constantly hitting KPI’s and delivering results in enterprise SaaS or professional services environments
- Proven success in leading enterprise software implementations, ideally in HR/Talent domains.
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience with strategic account planning, renewal forecasting, and upsell/cross-sell enablement.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools; familiarity with SQL or similar query languages.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and drive transformation.
- Demonstrated experience in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering or Professional Services
