Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
This role can be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or Mountain View.
We're seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate global demand generation for LinkedIn Sales Solutions (Sales Navigator). This role is pivotal to Sales Navigator’s ambitious growth trajectory and will drive initiatives that create, nurture, and capture demand with a scalable, digital-first approach. This marketer will partner with many functions (Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Media Teams, Sales, etc.) to drive acquisition of new customers.
This role requires someone who acts as an innovative growth marketing thought leader with a proven track record of exceeding business targets through strategic, multi-channel campaigns. The successful candidate excels at crafting compelling, data-driven narratives and influencing cross-functional partners to drive alignment and business results. This marketer stays on the cutting edge of demand gen strategies, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing-qualified leads and pipeline for our Field sales teams, as well as free-trial sign-ups for our Self-Serve product globally.
The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills. You are a strategic thinker who leverages data and audience insights to shape growth marketing direction, inspire cross-functional teams, and drive alignment on business priorities. Your ability to synthesize complex information and influence stakeholders enables you to unlock new opportunities and deliver measurable impact at scale.

The pay range for this role is 125,000 to 195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

Responsibilities:
- Shapes and champions ROI-positive demand creation and nurture strategies through a digital-first approach that accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth for LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Leads GTM strategy development and audience messaging, partnering cross-functionally to ensure alignment, consistency, and measurable business impact.
- Serves as a growth marketing thought leader, guiding quarterly and annual planning, performance reviews, and influencing performance-driven business priorities across teams.
- Evangelizes demand generation best practices, synthesizing results and communicating impact to cross-functional leadership.
Basic qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or Digital Marketing
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in Growth or Digital Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of surpassing growth targets in dynamic, high-velocity environments
- Strong data-driven performance marketing expertise, with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable plans in partnership with central channel teams
- Experience collaborating on performance marketing analytics, media mix modeling, and incrementality measurement.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive alignment across teams.
