Responsibilities:
- Own and execute a high-volume portfolio of SMB account renewals across Hispanic LATAM, maximizing contract value while strengthening long-term customer partnerships
- Lead the end-to-end renewal motion, including early engagement, risk identification, stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and on-time closure
- Build deep understanding of customer business objectives, challenges, and priorities to proactively remove obstacles and drive retention
- Identify, develop, and close expansion opportunities to increase Share of Wallet across LinkedIn Hiring and Learning solutions
- Clearly communicate renewal status, risks, and mitigation plans, ensuring visibility and engagement with senior and executive stakeholders when required
- Take ownership of complex commercial, contractual, and operational challenges, leading resolution strategies with autonomy and sound judgment
- Maintain a disciplined and accurate quarterly forecast for your territory, demonstrating strong pipeline management and forecast accuracy
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within SMB, Mid-Market, or SaaS environments
- Proven experience managing a high-volume book of business with full ownership of renewals and customer outcomes
- Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
- Business fluency in English
- Experience managing customers across Latin America, with strong exposure to Hispanic markets
- Background selling or managing recruiting, HR technology, or SaaS solutions
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to conduct value-based commercial discussions at senior and executive levels
- Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and close expansion opportunities in a consultative sales environment
- Proven experience owning sales forecasts, with high standards for accuracy, hygiene, and accountability
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills in a dynamic, regional context
