We are seeking a large cohort of Generalist AI Trainers to work as project consultants in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position—you will be engaged as a project consultant on a contract basis.

Project Summary

This opportunity is ideal for college students, recent graduates, data annotators, researchers, freelancers, and professionals seeking flexible remote work.

Contributors will complete a variety of AI training tasks designed to help improve the quality, accuracy, and usefulness of AI systems. Tasks are straightforward and generally require strong reading comprehension, critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.

No advanced technical expertise is required.

Consultant Engagement Terms

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own equipment, and may simultaneously provide services to other organizations.

Responsibilities

Contributors may:

• Review and evaluate AI-generated content
• Compare multiple responses and identify the strongest option
• Classify, label, or categorize information
• Follow project guidelines and quality standards
• Provide written feedback to improve AI performance
• Complete attention-to-detail and instruction-following tasks

• Accurate task completion
• Consistent adherence to project guidelines
• High-quality feedback and evaluations
• Timely completion of assigned work

Qualifications

• Must have work authorization and be located in the United States
• Must have a college degree or post-secondary degree in progress or completed
• Strong written English skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Reliable internet connection and computer access
• Previous data annotation, AI training, content moderation, quality assurance, research, or similar experience is a plus, but not required
