We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Expert to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Location: U.S.-based experts only

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Project Summary:

Contributors will create recruiting and hiring documentation and develop expert-authored evaluation datasets designed to improve AI performance on talent acquisition workflows.

Consultant Engagement Terms:

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors or employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).

Responsibilities:

Contributors will:

• Create recruiting documents from scratch
• Draft job descriptions, offer letters, and interview materials
• Generate document-grounded question-and-answer datasets
• Provide citations and supporting metadata
• Review deliverables for realism and quality
• Use Microsoft Word to complete assignments
• Work exclusively with synthetic content

Expected Outcomes:

• Original recruiting documents
• 25 question-and-answer pairs per assignment
• Citation annotations
• Metadata completion

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
• Experience creating recruiting documentation
• Enterprise recruiting experience preferred
• Strong written communication skills
• Microsoft Word proficiency
• U.S.-based
