We are seeking a skilled HR Vendor Management Expert to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Location: U.S.-based experts only

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Work Type: Remote

Project Summary:

AI Trainers will create enterprise HR vendor management documents and develop document-grounded question-and-answer datasets used to evaluate AI performance on workplace document tasks.

Consultant Engagement Terms:

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors or employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).

Responsibilities:

Contributors will:

• Create original HR vendor management documents
• Draft Statements of Work and vendor governance documentation
• Generate document-based question-and-answer evaluations
• Provide citations supporting answers
• Review content for accuracy and realism
• Use Microsoft Word to author deliverables
• Use synthetic, non-proprietary content exclusively

Expected Outcomes:

• Original HR documents
• 25 question-and-answer pairs per assignment
• Citation annotations
• Metadata completion

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HR experience
• Experience with SOWs, vendor selection, or contingent workforce programs
• Strong written communication skills
• Microsoft Word proficiency
• U.S.-based
