Project Overview

We are seeking a group of fluent Multilingual speakers to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Location: U.S.-based experts only

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Work Type: Remote

This project engages fluent Multilingual speakers to evaluate AI-generated text across their specified language. Contributors will assess model outputs for naturalness in the language domain they were hired for. You do not need to have a background in linguistics, but must have native fluency in the language.

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per completed deliverable basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors/employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).

Responsibilities:

Contributors will:

• Evaluate AI-generated text for grammatical correctness and naturalness in the target language
• Compare multiple model outputs and identify the most accurate option
• Assess translation accuracy and semantic equivalence

Qualifications:

• Must speak fluent English and at least one of the listed languages:
• Estonian, Ukrainian, Czech, Hungarian, Croatian, Dutch, Romanian, Catalan, Hebrew, Greek, Thai, Slovak, Bulgarian, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Nepali, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Marathi, Persian, Polish, or Vietnamese.

Expected Outcomes:

• Completed evaluation tasks with structured ratings
• Concise written explanations supporting evaluation decisions
