We are seeking experienced live entertainment, venue operations, event management, and business operations professionals to work as project consultants in our AI Labor Marketplace.
This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.
Location: U.S.-based experts only

Project Summary
This project supports the development of an AI benchmarking framework designed to measure how effectively artificial intelligence models perform real-world live entertainment and event operations knowledge work.
The benchmark evaluates AI systems against tasks commonly performed by professionals involved in event programming, venue feasibility analysis, event operations, production planning, and event economics. Contributors will review synthetic scenarios and structured project materials to create benchmark responses, evaluate AI-generated work products, and apply professional judgment to assess feasibility, operational reasoning, and decision quality.
The goal is to establish rigorous, expert-driven standards for measuring AI performance on complex operational and business workflows within the live entertainment industry.
Consultant Engagement Terms
This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors or employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).
Responsibilities
Contributors will:
- Review synthetic live entertainment, venue, and event operations scenarios
- Create benchmark responses reflecting professional operational judgment
- Evaluate AI-generated analyses, recommendations, and written deliverables
- Assess feasibility, operational reasoning, risk identification, and business decision quality
- Review status records, project trackers, and structured operational materials
- Identify inconsistencies, missing information, unsupported conclusions, and operational risks
- Develop and apply scoring criteria used to evaluate AI performance
- Provide written explanations supporting evaluation and scoring decisions

Qualifications
- U.S.-based
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Event operations
- Venue operations
- Festival operations
- Production coordination
- Event management
- Live entertainment programming
- Performing arts administration
- Sponsorship operations
- Entertainment business operations
- Project coordination
- Business analysis
- Ability to make independent professional judgments using structured information
- Experience working with operational documentation, trackers, spreadsheets, or status reporting systems
- Strong written communication and analytical reasoning skills
- Comfortable reviewing and evaluating complex operational scenarios
