We’re looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy, and highly-organized Marketing Operations Specialist to join our operations function within the Marketing team. In this role, you’ll have a unique opportunity to help execute world-class campaigns by leveraging your experience and passion for technology, process optimization, and insights generation.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, and will partner closely with our Revenue Marketing and Sales teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

    A. Marketing Technology
  • Act as the primary user and subject matter expert for all marketing systems (Marketing Automation, Webinar, CRM, etc.) including campaign building, testing, execution, optimization and reporting
  • Work with the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to evaluate and implement new technologies to the mar-tech stack
  • B. Insights and Reporting
  • Help execute reporting tasks, providing key insights to stakeholders around campaigns, tactics and overall lead lifecycle effectiveness
  • Provide support in selecting and implementing advanced reporting tools
  • Support implementation of lead scoring, segmentation and related functionality improvements
  • C. Operational Efficiency
  • Ensure campaigns are executed on time to a high standard and help provide insights on what is and isn’t working - QA campaigns and reports to ensure 100% accuracy
  • Work with campaign managers to ensure processes are adhered to, and optimized and support effective working relationships with various stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise and work with IT/Revenue Operations to ensure issues are resolved

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • You’re passionate about delivering excellent marketing campaigns and providing high-quality service to internal stakeholders
  • You have 2 to 3 years of experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot or Marketo and a solid understanding of email marketing fundamentals
  • You’re familiar with digital marketing and lead lifecycle metrics and have experience reporting on them
  • You have experience and knowledge of the sales cycle and the role marketing plays in it
  • You have experience working within Salesforce
  • You are driven and passionate about helping Marketing teams optimize their performance
  • You’re extremely organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and have experience leveraging project management platforms (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.)

Where You’ll Work

  • Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We have Hub Regions spanning across Canada, UK, and India, which means that employees live and work remotely within a 300 KM radius of Toronto (within Ontario),Vancouver (within British Columbia), Ahmedabad (within Gujarat), Pune (within Maharashtra), and London (UK) and work within regular business hours in their timezone.
  • Loopio has two flexible co-working locations available to Loopers in ON and BC. Those based in ON have the flexibility of working out of our convenient coworking space located in the heart of Downtown Toronto and a 12-minute walk from Union Station. BC Loopers have the option to work from our co-working office in Gastown Vancouver. It is whatever works best for you!
  • You’ll collaborate with your teams virtually (we’re just a Zoom call away!) and have established core sync hours and focus time during the workday to enable us to work smarter together
