THE POSITION
In support of a high-growth mandate, we’re hiring for the position of Provider Network Manager to join our dynamic and highly engaged Provider Network Operations team.
In this newly created position, you will play a key role in overseeing the performance of our provider network, including the implementation of our health and wellness service offerings. You’ll be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) as they relate to the performance of our provider network to ensure our service delivery meets the highest standards. In this role, you'll take the lead on strategic initiatives that enhance the delivery of our virtual healthcare services, ensuring an optimal experience for both patients and providers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Marketing, you'll also help design, launch, and manage new service offerings.
Critical to Success
You are a problem solver and strategic thinker with a passion for driving results. Your ability to interpret data and translate insights into action sets you apart, and you excel at managing initiatives from start to finish. You're an excellent communicator, and you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Comfort with ambiguity and a knack for quickly building expertise in complex topics will allow you to navigate the nuances of virtual healthcare, service configuration, and regulatory compliance with ease.
Note: a healthcare or clinical background is not required for this position, however, it may be considered an asset depending on the level of experience.
12 – 18 MONTH DELIVERABLES
In your first 90 days, you will immerse yourself in Maple’s virtual healthcare services, gaining a deep understanding of how each offering is delivered, from the patient and provider experience to the backend configuration of services. You'll take ownership of monitoring the key performance indicators (KPIs) for each service, identifying opportunities for improvement and how our network of healthcare providers supports each offering. As you settle into the role, you'll lead key initiatives aimed at optimizing both service delivery and the provider network, ensuring that Maple continues to provide exceptional virtual care.
Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll continue to refine and enhance the performance of our provider network by focusing on key metrics like reducing patient wait times and optimizing the patient and provider experience. You will also play a critical role in the setup and configuration of new healthcare specialties, collaborating with the Product and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless launch of new services. Additionally, you will lead network-focused initiatives that align with Maple’s long-term strategy, all while building and maintaining processes to ensure regulatory compliance and proactively adapting to changes in the virtual healthcare landscape.
