About The Role

CliniScripts is an AI clinical copilot used by therapists, pediatric clinics, ABA providers, and allied health teams across North America. We're a scrappy, fast-moving team and we need someone who loves the phone, lives in their CRM, and doesn't stop following up until they get a yes or a no.

This is not a strategy role. You will be calling real leads, running demos, chasing dormant accounts, and closing. If you've ever sent 15 follow-up emails without apology and felt good about it - you're the right person.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Call, email, and follow up with inbound trial signups who haven't activated yet.
  • Re-engage dormant paying users who've gone quiet - find out why, fix it, keep them.
  • Run 30-minute product demos for clinic owners, practice managers, and therapists.
  • Work a short-cycle B2B pipeline: identify, qualify, demo, follow up, close.
  • Log everything in the CRM - no dark pipeline, ever.
  • Hit a weekly activity target (calls + demos + follow-ups) and a monthly revenue target.
  • Work directly with the sales lead on any deal above $500/month.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years in sales, SDR, BDR, or customer success with a closing component.
  • Comfortable calling cold or warm - you don't need a warm intro to pick up the phone.
  • Healthcare, SaaS, or clinic-facing experience is a strong plus (not required).
  • Organized, self-managing, and honest about your pipeline - no happy-ears.
  • Comfortable with demos over Google - you can run a screen share and handle objections live.
  • Bonus: you've sold to clinics, therapists, or healthcare administrators before.

Compensation

  • Base: $3,000 to $4,000 per month initially CAD (depending on experience).
  • Commission: uncapped, paid on closed MRR.
  • OTE: $5,000–$6,000+ per month for a strong performer.
