The Role

We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer to play a key role in enhancing system performance, security, and scalability to align with business growth and technology initiatives. This individual will have the opportunity to develop the next generation of fintech.

Main Functions

• Develop responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using React (TypeScript).
• Build modern, reusable, and accessible components with Material-UI and other design libraries.
• Translate Figma prototypes and wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect frontend applications.
• Implement cross-browser/device compatibility and optimize performance through lazy loading, code splitting, and bundle optimization.
• Integrate and consume RESTful APIs from backend services.
• Design and develop mobile applications using React Native, ensuring consistent UX across platforms.
• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) with end-to-end testing using Playwright.
• Ensure reliability and observability with Sentry (error monitoring) and Smartlook (session replay/analytics).
• Follow best architectural practices including micro-frontends and modular component design.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Participate in Agile processes such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.

• Work independently to design, implement, and deliver frontend features from concept to production.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with strong expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in React, React Native, Recoil/Redux (state management), React Hook Form, and validation libraries (Zod/Yup).
• Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG compliance), responsive design, and localization.
• Experience with frontend testing using Playwright.
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture and scalable application design.
• Knowledge of error monitoring (Sentry) and user analytics (Smartlook).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Agile teams.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features end-to-end.

Other assets:

• Experience with Azure cloud hosting for frontend applications.
• Familiarity with UI/UX collaboration in Figma for prototyping and design handoff.
• Experience contributing to or creating design systems and reusable UI libraries.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with third-party system integrations such as Flinks (banking), Yoti (identity verification).
• Exposure to backend APIs (.NET) for full lifecycle awareness.
