About Us

MHCombiotic is a clinical-stage biotech company developing next-generation antimicrobial technologies targeting biofilm-associated infections and chronic wounds. Our flagship wound care platform has recently received regulatory approvals, and we are preparing for a rapid market launch across Canada.

We are building a dynamic team to support the commercialization and adoption of our innovative wound care solutions in real-world clinical settings.

Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to support the commercial launch of our wound care products. This role sits at the intersection of clinical engagement, marketing, sales, and business development.

You will work closely with our leadership, clinical partners, and commercial team to drive early adoption, generate market insights, and support the positioning of our products across healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Market Engagement

  • Engage with wound care clinics, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and healthcare professionals
  • Support outreach to clinicians, nurses, and decision-makers
  • Coordinate meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups

Marketing & Commercial Support

  • Assist in development and refinement of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, digital content)
  • Support product positioning and messaging aligned with clinical value
  • Contribute to go-to-market execution strategies

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct competitive landscape analysis (products, pricing, positioning)
  • Track market trends and identify opportunities for differentiation
  • Gather insights from healthcare professionals to inform strategy

Clinical Data & Field Insights

  • Support collection of real-world feedback and early clinical data
  • Assist with documentation of product performance and user experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams on data reporting and insights

Qualifications

Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Canadian PR/Citizenship is required

Preferred (not mandatory)

  • Background in life sciences, healthcare, or biomedical field
  • Experience in medical device, wound care, or healthcare marketing
  • Familiarity with clinical environments or healthcare systems
