Role description

We are seeking a new or recent graduate for a full-time, on-site semiconductor engineering role in the Waterloo–Toronto area.

You will work on process development and cleanroom design. As an early engineer, you will have meaningful responsibility for project and facility decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Semiconductor Fabrication and knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing process
• Proficiency in equipment maintenance, design and sourcing
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize production tools
• Solid understanding of Physics, especially as it pertains to microelectronics and materials science
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in electrical engineering, nanotechnology, materials science, physics, or a related field
• Experience with open-source Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools is a plus
