About the Role

We are seeking a Product Delivery & Operations Lead to ensure everything flows seamlessly across product development—from planning to delivery. This person will act as a key force in aligning engineering, product management, and design through light, scalable agile processes that enhance execution without adding friction. You will also serve as a strategic partner to the CPO, providing visibility into what has been delivered, what’s next, and what’s at risk.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of execution, process, and people—and is motivated to bring clarity, momentum, and operational excellence to a high-performing product organization.

Key Responsibilities

Product Delivery & Execution Oversight

• Oversee the flow of initiatives from discovery through delivery across development, design, and product teams.
• Track and communicate delivery progress, risks, and dependencies for major product initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and remove blockers to help teams execute efficiently.
• Ensure strong operational coordination with Engineering and Design counterparts.

Product Operations & Reporting

• Create and maintain operational dashboards and visibility tools to report on product development progress and key delivery metrics.
• Set up and manage tooling (e.g., Jira, Jira Product Discovery) to ensure we have clear visibility without micromanagement.
• Support backlog grooming and planning rhythms to ensure alignment and prioritization across teams

Cross-Functional Coordination & Readiness

• Partner with PMs to ensure go-to-market readiness with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success, and Support.
• Coordinate release planning across functions to ensure smooth delivery and internal communication.
• Own and improve templates, processes, and communications that increase delivery consistency.
• Collaborate with leaders to evolve our frameworks and rituals to support focus, ownership, and flow.

Strategic Partner to the CPO

• Serve as a right-hand operator to the Chief Product Officer, providing updates, insights, and solutions.
• Manage key initiatives, track outcomes, and support strategic decision-making with crisp data and context.

About You

• 5+ years experience in product operations, program management, delivery operations within a software company.
• Highly organized, execution-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities across teams.
• Experience supporting product and R&D organizations, especially in B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product development cycles, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Skilled in tools like Jira, Confluence; familiarity with Jira Product Discovery, Aha! or any other Product Management tools,
• Excellent communicator, comfortable leading meetings, aligning stakeholders, and resolving ambiguity.
• A systems thinker with the ability to create structure in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Experience in (or willingness to learn) fintech, AI/ML, or audit/accounting domains.
