The Role
As an Account Executive, you will be the face of Mosaic to prospects and clients globally. You will drive the adoption of our industrial hardware and software solutions, moving engagements from initial discovery to successful factory-floor implementation. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical curiosity, strategic solution-selling, and relentless relationship management.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the sales process from lead qualification and discovery to proposal generation, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Technical Solution Selling: Translate complex 3D printing capabilities into clear ROI. You’ll work with engineers and executives alike to show how Mosaic solves their specific manufacturing bottlenecks.
- Pipeline & Lead Generation: Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, engaging in both outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound leads from marketing.
- Demos & Presentations: Lead compelling product walkthroughs and webinars that showcase the power of our automated platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our technical and engineering teams to deliver deep-dive demos and provide customer feedback to help shape our product roadmap.
- CRM Excellence: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and data-driven sales strategies.

- Have Proven Sales Experience: 3–5+ years in B2B sales, ideally within technology, hardware, or industrial sectors.
- Possess Technical Acumen: While you don’t need an engineering degree, you should be comfortable learning and explaining the mechanics of additive manufacturing.
- Are Solution-Oriented: You don’t just sell "boxes"; you sell solutions. You excel at understanding a customer's "pain" and tailoring a package to fix it.
- Are Exceptional Communicators: Whether it’s a cold call, a formal board presentation, or a technical white paper, you communicate with clarity and confidence.
- Thrive in the "Gray Area": You are comfortable in a fast-paced, venture-backed environment where you need to be proactive and self-motivated.
- Are Local to the GTA: You are comfortable working in a hybrid capacity, coming into the office for internal events and traveling (approx. 5-7 times a year) for trade shows or customer site visits.
