As an Operations Manager you will

• Design, implement, and improve operational processes to ensure teams can work efficiently and effectively.

• Act as a communication bridge between Product/Engineering and business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Leadership), ensuring visibility and clarity on product initiatives.

• Establish and maintain systems for tracking progress, reporting status, and surfacing risks or dependencies.

• Support leadership in aligning business and technical objectives, helping teams prioritize and coordinate.

• Identify operational gaps, propose solutions, and take ownership in implementing new practices.

• Manage and streamline internal documentation, ensuring processes and information are accessible to all.

• Support cross-team initiatives such as planning cycles, roadmap visibility, knowledge-sharing, and teambuilding activities.

• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent experience.

• 4+ years of professional experience in business operations, project management, or related functions in a technology-driven company.

• Demonstrated success in improving workflows and enabling cross-team collaboration.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting complex information in clear, accessible ways.

• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday, Notion, Asana, Jira, or equivalents).

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, especially as applied to the software development lifecycle.

• Perfect command of English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams to improve visibility and communication with business stakeholders.

• Background in process design, change management, or operational scaling in a fast-growing environment.

• Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) to support stakeholder communication.

• Prior experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.

• Ability to combine structured thinking with hands-on problem solving.
