Position Summary

Reporting to the Finance Department, the ERP and Financial Systems Implementation Specialist will be responsible for leading and executing ERP implementation projects within the organization. The primary responsibilities include analyzing business processes, configuring and customizing the system, coordinating with the relevant departments, and ensuring successful adoption of the tool. The role will also provide support during go-live and deliver training to end users.

We are currently undergoing a major digitalization phase, and this strategic position is key to taking the Finance Department to the next level!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead pending SAP implementations, including new modules, new subsidiaries, and process improvements.

  • Analyze and identify additional tools or systems that may be required.

  • Participate in defining project scope and functional requirements.

  • Coordinate the configuration, parameterization, and customization of ERP modules according to business needs, working closely with external partners.

  • Organize and facilitate meetings with key users and technical teams (IT, development, external consultants).

  • Conduct functional testing, identify issues, and manage their resolution.

  • Prepare functional documentation and user manuals.

  • Plan and deliver training sessions for end users.

  • Support system go-live and ensure a smooth transition.

  • Perform post-implementation follow-up to ensure adoption and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and ERP optimization projects.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

Experience

  • Previous experience in ERP implementation or ERP support (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Dynamics, Sage, Netsuite, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of key business processes such as finance, procurement, sales, logistics, production, and HR.

  • Experience in project management or agile methodologies is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of databases and SQL (preferred).

  • Strong process-mapping and functional analysis capabilities.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or other analytical tools.

  • Familiarity with API integrations and system-to-system data flows is a plus.
