· Ensure the CPO and leadership team are fully informed of key topics, obligations, and recommended approaches.

2. HR Leadership & People Operations

· Coach and advise managers on employee relations, organizational changes, and people's decisions.

· Help scale HR processes and standards aligned with the company's growth and international footprint.

3. Labor Compliance & Policy Framework

· Ensure full compliance with labor law across relevant jurisdictions where Multiverse operates.

· Draft, update, and implement internal policies.

· Monitor legislative changes and proactively translate them into practical HR actions.

4. Employee Lifecycle Documentation (in Coordination with Legal)

· Oversee labor-related documentation for the employee lifecycle.

5. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution

· Lead sensitive ER cases, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.

· Manage employment transitions and organizational changes in a legally compliant and fair manner.

· Establish best practices and internal protocols for complex ER situations.

6. Cross-Border Labor Law & External Counsel Management

· Manage relationships with third-party labor lawyers across different countries and regions.

· Build internal capability to operate confidently in multi-jurisdiction environments.

Required Qualifications:

· 10+ years of hands-on experience in labor relations and employee relations

· Proven, direct experience working with Workers Councils (preparation, facilitation, documentation, follow-through)

· Strong track record managing complex labor scenarios in high-growth or transformation contexts

· Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Human Resources, or equivalent

· Strong command of Spanish labor law, collective bargaining, and Workers Council practice

· Ability to learn fast and adapt to labor frameworks in other countries

· Fluent / Native Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications:
