As a Senior Finance Analyst / Controller, you will:

Planning & Analysis

• Provide financial and business analysis, even when the information available isn't always complete,

• Own project finance, budgeting and profitability tracking,

• Monitor cost center expenses vs. forecast,

• Build reports that turn financial data into business insights,

• Support Budgeting and forecasting,

Processes & Controls

• Collaborate on efficient processes, accounting methods, controls and industry best practices,

• Identify and execute opportunities to automate and standardize processes,

• Establish controls to guarantee data accuracy,

• Control and follow up on posting of supplier invoices, taxes, payroll expenses and accruals,

• Get involved in ERP or systems improvement projects

Collaboration

• Coordinate financial closings & treasury,

• Handle intercompany reconciliations,

• Support external audit processes,

• Guide and mentor junior team members,

• Help lead and grow a small team over time

Required Qualifications

Education & Background

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• 5-6 years of relevant experience

• Proven experience working in a big four or similar,

• Comfortable working in multi-entity, multi-currency environments

Technical Skills

• Sharp analytical skills and strong attention to detail

• Hands-on experience with financial modeling, P&L management and analysis,

• Expert in MS Office, confident handling large datasets,

• Familiarity with an ERP system - SB4H is a plus

• Fluent English
