Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a 3D Designer to join our exceptional creative team! Our ideal candidate is passionate about bringing our product and brand experience to life, and can work flexibly between the 2D & 3D space to produce jaw-dropping visuals.

What You’ll Do
As a 3D Designer, you will play a core role in Nanoleaf’s Marketing & Content Team.

Alongside a multidisciplinary team of designers and marketers, you will help with the creation of 3D product images & mockups, and various 2D graphics to help in the production of your designs. To succeed in this role, you must have a good understanding of graphic design and 3D foundations.

Responsibilities

  • Create a range of assets that will support Marketing Team campaigns & projects. Areas of focus include but are not limited to:
  • Product Marketing Imagery (ie. modeling assets, 3D rendering product & environment imagery)
  • Trade Marketing (ie. retail POS displays & trade show booth concepts, creating )
  • B2B/B2C Partnerships & Events (ie. mockups with Nanoleaf products)
  • Product Packaging (ie. aid in the development and visualization of the Nanoleaf product assortment)
  • Report to the Design Manager to establish scope and meet time sensitive deadlines
  • Participate in the creative process to come up with storyboards and creative direction of product environments that will be used for videos and images.
  • Prepare concepts, layouts, and mock-ups as needed for projects using Adobe CC Suite and/or traditional tools, multimedia software and 3D image processing software.
  • Model elements with realism in mind
  • Prepare artwork files for print and work with external agencies and/or production teams as needed.
  • Manage aesthetic consistency across all content created
  • Organize creative assets to team standards
  • Define new systems to help optimize the delivery pipeline

Requirements:

  • A portfolio highlighting your artistic and technical skills. Relevant work in product marketing is preferred.
  • You have 3+ years of Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, Environmental Design, or a combination of related work experience
  • Proficiency in Cinema 4D, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign) Experience with Blender is a plus
  • You are Self-learner and self-starter
  • Excellent verbal, written & graphical communications skills
  • Strong team player and builder, receptive to ideas from others
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • This role may require you to work collaboratively with our teams in Europe & APAC
  • A commitment to fostering a team environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and individual growth.
