Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead Nanoleaf’s organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Linkedin and other social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on–you can build a content plan, execute it, track performance, and grow an engaged community.

What You’ll Do
- Own Nanoleaf’s organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and LinkedIn
- Build and manage a multi-channel content calendar aligned with marketing and business priorities
- Create and publish engaging content (short-form video, posts, stories, etc.)
- Create briefs and collaborate with UGCs to generate content when relevant
- Track trends, platform changes, and cultural moments to keep Nanoleaf relevant and competitive
- Grow Nanoleaf’s online community through engagement, interaction, and community-first content
- Analyze performance and provide regular reporting and insights to improve results
- Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Design, Product Marketing, Sales) to align on key initiatives
- Partner with the PR/Influencer team to ensure influencer content aligns with organic social strategy
- Repurpose influencer and creator content into platform-optimized organic posts where appropriate
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6+ years of experience managing social media for a brand (consumer tech/lifestyle preferred)
- Proven experience driving organic growth on Instagram and TikTok (YouTube and X a plus)
- Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and platform best practices
- Ability to create and edit short-form video content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
- Experience with social analytics, reporting, and performance optimization
- Exceptional writing skills and an understanding of brand voice
- Experience with community management and UGC-driven growth
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Creative mindset with strong awareness of trends and internet culture
Bonus Points
- Experience working with influencers/creators or PR teams
- Familiarity with social tools (Later, Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Comfortable being on-camera
- Interest in smart home, design, gaming setups, wellness or creator culture
