About NexScale
NexScale is an AI-native software company, led by Soodeh Farokhi, PhD., a serial tech entrepreneur and seasoned executive with a strong team of builders, fitness operators, and product leaders, on a mission to extend human longevity of tomorrow by scaling wellness & fitness businesses today.
Our flagship product, NexScale Chloe, already launched in the market and available for studios across Canada and the US, is an AI Business Partner for boutique wellness and fitness studio owners that helps owners improve member retention, reduce burnout, build stronger communities, and scale their business.
We are not building yet another generic SaaS platform or AI agent. We are the category-leading agentic AI platform for the wellness & fitness sector. We have built a proprietary agentic AI platform for this vertical that reason, decide, and act inside real business operations—without increasing cognitive load for non-technical operators.
About This Digital Marketing & Content Internship
This is not a surface-level 'post on social and make graphics' role.
This role is best suited for candidates who already have hands-on experience in digital marketing, content marketing, visual design or product marketing and want to deepen their skills in AI-native, production-grade B2B SaaS products.
Exceptional performance during the internship may lead to:
- A full-time role at NexScale, or
- An extension of the internship for 8 months or longer, depending on mutual fit, funding structure, and team needs.

- Are fluent in using AI solutions in your day-to-day work (writing, design, research, automation) — we are AI-native and expect every team member to operate that way

- Are comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end and working closely with founders and product teams
- Care about building a brand that creates real business and human impact
