About This Role

We're looking for a well-connected operator in the premium wellness and fitness space to build NexScale's customer base on commission. You have deep roots in the industry, know multi-location owners and premium club operators personally, and understand their business challenges intimately.

This is the best part: you bring the introductions and relationships. We handle the heavy lifting—demos, technical conversations, contract negotiations, and onboarding. You stay in the loop, keep the relationship warm, and stay disciplined on CRM follow-ups. That's it. No cold calling. No complex sales cycles to manage. Just your network, our product expertise, and straightforward commission splits.

You'll build a meaningful revenue stream while staying connected to a community you love. Complete flexibility—work around your life, bring deals when you have them, no quotas, no pressure. Just real relationships and real earnings.

What You'll Own

Bring the introductions (you do this)

  • Introduce Chloe™ to multi-location operators, premium club owners, and wellness business leaders in your network
  • Leverage your credibility and relationships to open doors—that's your superpower
  • Share the product with operators who would genuinely benefit from it
  • Stay disciplined: log every introduction and prospect in our CRM so we stay organized and coordinated

We handle the sales process (we do this)

  • Deliver polished product demos and technical walkthroughs
  • Have all the hard conversations with decision-makers and teams
  • Run through contract negotiation and pricing discussions
  • Manage onboarding and implementation
  • Build the long-term relationship

You stay in the loop and support the close

  • Maintain warm relationships throughout the process
  • Chime in when decision-makers want a peer perspective
  • Help troubleshoot any relationship friction
  • Celebrate the win and stay connected post-launch

Build your revenue stream

  • Earn substantial commission on every deal your introduction closes
  • Get recurring commission as long as customers stay with us
  • Grow your own book of business with zero pressure or quotas
  • Work completely on your own schedule

You do not need to be a sales professional. You do need to have authentic relationships, domain expertise in the premium wellness space, and genuine belief in the product.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in the wellness, fitness, hospitality, or studio operator space (or deeply adjacent)
  • Personal relationships with studio owners, operators, or fitness community leaders
  • Track record of building trust and influence in your community
  • Self-directed work style with ability to manage your own pipeline and follow-through
  • Clear communication and comfort with straightforward conversations about business

What Success Looks Like

By the end of your first 6 months, a strong partner will have:

  • Introduced NexScale to 8–12 premium studio owners or multi-location operators
  • Closed 2–3 partnerships (6–12 month engagements at premium pricing)
  • Built a warm pipeline of 8–12 active prospects
  • Demonstrated disciplined CRM logging and relationship management

By month 12, you will have:

  • Closed 5–10 partnerships with premium operators
  • Generated $25K–$50K+ in commission
  • Established yourself as the go-to advisor for scaling solutions
  • Built a repeatable, sustainable business generating recurring income

Premium Club & Operator Focus across North America

We work with operators across the entire premium wellness spectrum:

  • Multi-location fitness and wellness chains
  • Premium boutique studios (yoga, pilates, barre, cycling, rowing, HIIT)
  • Quiet wellness clubs (recovery, spa, meditation centers)
  • Luxury gym and fitness clubs
  • High-end functional fitness and training facilities
  • Regional and national wellness networks

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience introducing fitness/wellness products or services to studios
  • Experience with boutique fitness industry networks or associations
  • Background in sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Founder or operator experience yourself
  • Familiarity with Mindbody, PushPress, or other studio management platforms

Compensation

  • Commission-Based: 15–20% of the 1st annual contract value (ACV) for each closed account, depending on deal size
  • Uncapped earning potential — Zero ceiling; no artificial limits on what you can make
  • Payment Terms: Net 30 from sales signature
  • Independent Contractor (1099): You manage your own setup, taxes, and benefits
  • Flexibility: Work immediately; no waiting, no onboarding delays

Example earnings (premium operator targets):

  • Close 1 account at $12K–$15K/month ACV (typical multi-location operator) = $1,440–$3,000 commission

  • Expand to annual at $50K+/year ACV (established multi-location business) = $7,500–$10,000+ commission

  • Build a portfolio of 8–10 premium accounts over 12 months = $60K–$100K+ in commission, growing as relationships expand
