Location: Ontario, Canada | Type: Full Time | Min. Experience: 5+ YearsRole: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced sales professional eager to generate sales leads and close deals. The candidate will deliver professional product demonstrations and presentations and constantly strive to meet all sales targets.About you: Well-rounded individual and creative problem solver; understanding of enterprise software sales; able to travel when required for client visits; entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to work independently.At NextUp Care, you will: Manage all phases of business development deal cycle (opportunity development, lead generation, pitch presentations, proposal development); develop a formal and repeatable lead generation process; build a sales funnel; identify key decision makers and determine buying readiness; create awareness, attend trade shows and conferences; work with leadership to develop sales & marketing strategy.Qualifications: 5+ years’ business development and sales experience; advanced degree in Marketing or equivalent; proven track record in generating leads and achieving sales targets; experience creating sales & marketing materials and maintaining CRM solutions; excellent oral and written communication skills.Additional skills: Masters or other graduate degree; prior experience working with healthcare providers (hospitals, clinics); understanding of healthcare workflows or use cases for booking appointments; knowledge of current hospital information systems or software vendors.What we offer: Full-time role; competitive compensation and commission plan; 4 weeks annual vacation; a positive, results-oriented start-up environment.Notes: Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
