Novarc Technologies is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing team and support the production of our cobots.
Summary: As a Senior Account Executive and a key contributor to the growth trajectory of Novarc Technologies you'll work closely with the revenue team, reporting to the Global Sales Director, leveraging their guidance to close deals, build relationships, and help build a better world through automation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute sales strategies developed in collaboration with the Sales Manager, driving revenue growth within your assigned sales territory.
Create and cultivate a strong pipeline of potential customers, actively pursuing leads and new business opportunities, and scheduling demonstrations in our Customer Experience Centre.
Manage channels, influencers, and key thought leaders in your assigned sales territory and build relationships with them.
Craft persuasive and value-driven proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
Develop in-depth understanding of Novarc's robotic welding solutions, effectively communicating their value proposition to customers.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers in the welding and fabrication industry.
Work closely with internal teams (sales engineering, support, customer success, revenue operations) to promptly address customer needs and ensure successful implementations.
Maintain accurate records within the company's CRM system, providing clear visibility into your sales activities.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, understanding their needs, and ensuring they are satisfied with the services and products provided.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Ensure the terms of contracts are fulfilled by both parties and address any issues that arise.
Regularly report on sales results, market conditions, and account statuses to senior management. Utilize CRM systems to analyze data and inform strategic decisions.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events. Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, potential partners, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of B2B welding automation, pipe fabrication industry sales experience, selling solutions and high value products to heavy industries.
Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience.
Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage time effectively and operate independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
Strong knowledge of CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to travel minimum 50% of the time (international travel will be required).
Salary is determined based on experience, with compensation consisting of a base salary plus a commission structure.
