Novarc Technologies is seeking a meticulous, highly organized, and motivated Senior Sales Engineer to manage and oversee the company’s contracts.
Summary: As a Sales Engineer in the Revenue Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, demonstrating our SWR™ (Spool Welding Robot) to customers, and testing new welding procedures developed by the engineering team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the sales, engineering, and product teams to facilitate customer engagements and revenue growth in North America.
Conduct live demonstrations of the SWR™ to potential and existing customers, explaining the technical and operational aspects of our technology.
Test and validate new welding procedures, providing insightful feedback to the engineering team for continuous product improvement.
Manage the Experience Center, ensuring it's well-maintained and conducive for demonstrations and customer interactions.
Stay abreast of advancements in AI, robotics, and relevant coding languages to effectively communicate our technology's value proposition.
Work with the Product Team to develop new features of existing products and help create new products.
Work with the Sales Team to validate / work on proof of concept for custom applications of current and new products.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Technical diploma or degree in Welding, Robotics, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in sales engineering in the robotics and/ or welding automation industry.
Strong emotional intelligence with an aptitude for learning and adapting to new technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable in engaging with customers and cross-functional teams.
Ability to travel to customer facilities in North America, Globally and Novarc’s HQ in Vancouver, BC Canada, as required.
Strong technical knowledge of welding processes and robotic systems.
Experience working in a matrixed organization, demonstrating the ability to collaborate and drive results with various teams.
Success Criteria:
Effective collaboration with the sales, engineering, and product teams contributing to revenue growth in North America.
Positive customer feedback from demonstrations and engagements.
Successful testing and validation of new welding procedures contributing to product enhancement.
Management and upkeep of the Experience Center to the highest standards.
