WHAT’S ON OFFER

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue operations by enhancing Salesforce processes, analyzing key performance metrics to drive business insights, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring legal and compliance support for sales contracts. Reporting directly to the Revenue Operations Manager, you will work closely with sales, marketing, business acceleration, and finance teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the revenue cycle.

While this position is primarily remote, we are prioritizing candidates residing in the GTA who can join our Finance team every other Thursday for our bi-weekly in-person syncs at our Toronto office.


WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Maintain Salesforce and the broader revenue tech stack, ensuring high data integrity, and system efficiency.
  • Develop and implement best practices for deal management, forecasting, and revenue reporting to support commercial initiatives and accountability in sales, marketing, support, and finance.
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects across commercial and finance teams from initial goal-setting to tracking deliverables and performance.
  • Periodically audit the tech stack to identify redundant tools, manage renewals, and evaluate new technologies that can drive further operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and refine the conversion points between MQL and SQL, ensuring lead routing logic is efficient and sales-to-success transitions are documented and automated.
  • Create training materials and conduct regular enablement sessions to ensure Commercial teams are utilizing tools effectively and following established processes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of contractual obligations within Salesforce and other systems.
  • Utilize business acumen to evaluate cross-functional initiatives and key metrics, proactively identifying bottle necks and proposing scalable solutions to drive business growth and ensure organizational efficiency and alignment.
  • Drive the documentation of internal processes and lead commercial department-specific onboarding (outside of standard onboarding developed by HR and IT) to ensure all new hires are proficient in specialist information and team specific knowledge.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce administration, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Experienced in commercial tooling platforms (such as Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Notion, etc.)
  • Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong communicator.
  • An interest in challenging the status quo, by having a deep understanding of business processes, value drivers and technology to achieve desired outcomes.

The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 CAD
This range represents ODAIA's good-faith estimate based on current market data and internal equity. Final compensation is determined through a comprehensive review of the successful candidate’s unique skill set, specialized experience, and relevant certifications. As such, the final offer may vary based on these specific factors. Salary expectations will be discussed collaboratively early in the process to ensure alignment. This role is also eligible for health benefits, stock options, and flexible time off policies as mentioned above.
