Oncoustics is looking to expand its Egypt-based software development team. Oncoustics is a North American headquartered healthtech startup developing advanced diagnostic solutions on handheld ultrasound scanners.
Applicants should have 5-10 years of experience in one or more of the following functions: backend/cloud development and devops, mobile development, and/or QA.

Backend/Cloud Engineer
\n- \n
- Work with development and R&D teams in development of backend systems and cloud infrastructure; support ML deployment \n
- Ensure scalability and stability of system infrastructure through proper design, implementation, and test/monitoring \n
- Support development of devops, ML ops, and instrumentation tools and processes \n
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Engineering or other related majors \n
- Experience developing and deploying a cloud-based commercial solution

OR
\nMobile Engineer
\n- \n
- Work with development team in development of mobile solutions \n
- Ensure scalability and stability of application through proper design, implementation, and test/monitoring \n
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Engineering or other related majors \n
- Experience developing and deploying a commercial mobile solution \n
- Android experience preferred \n
OR
\nQA Engineer

- Work closely with engineering team to define quality standards and ensure the development of quality-based processes across the company \n
- Support quality efforts across the Oncoustics software stack: mobile app, backend systems, cloud infrastructure, ML experimentation, and data processing \n
- Define and deliver test automation systems; also take ownership of manual testing \n
- Experienced in test automation and test of both cloud-based and mobile solutions \n
Please note that as close collaboration is required with the Toronto and San Francisco teams, standard availability required is 4pm-midnight Cairo time, Monday through Friday.
