Product Consultant (Contract)

We offer our clients 10 digital marketing solution products that are impactful on their own, but even better together. We aim to be the perfect solutions partner by bringing together the right mix of technologies and local marketing expertise.

We're looking for a Product Consultant who will be responsible for product supplementing capacity of our Product team. You'll also work closely with the Engineering and other teams to ensure the features built are aligned with the vision for the product.

Work hours and duration of the contract is yet to be determined.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Groom the company backlog and prepare sprints with the Engineering team to ensure technical considerations are accounted for
  • Break down product requirements into tickets
  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering, Product, and QA teams to ensure success for the OneLocal platform
  • Break down feature ideas, and get involved with maintenance of existing features to drive business goals
  • Interact with the QA team to ensure acceptance criteria is set for tickets to accommodate automated and manual testing

What We Are Looking For

  • Relevant degree, CSPO equivalent designation or familiarity with best practices
  • 1-2 years of experience as a product owner translating and communicating requirements to developers
  • Able to size and groom tickets
  • Someone willing to take a lot of diverse responsibility and work in a challenging fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership and initiative
  • Capacity to make decisions and push forward with incomplete information
