About the Role
As a Marketing Coordinator at PheedLoop, you’ll work closely with our Senior Growth Marketing Manager and broader go-to-market team to help execute campaigns, generate leads, and tell our story. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s early in their marketing career and eager to grow across multiple channels—from content to paid ads to website optimization.
You'll support campaign planning and execution, own tasks that help drive traffic and leads, and play a key role in ensuring our brand, voice, and performance continue to evolve. This is a great role for someone who’s organized, creative, and analytical; ideally with some experience in B2B SaaS or tech.
What You'll Do
Content & Campaigns
- Assist in creating blog posts, email newsletters, product updates, and customer stories
- Help design and write copy for marketing collateral such as one-pagers and case studies
- Contribute to SEO-focused content efforts and keyword planning
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Support execution of paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and assist in performance tracking
- Maintain marketing automation flows in HubSpot, including email sequences and lead nurturing
- Analyze campaign data to help inform future content, targeting, and A/B testing
Website & Analytics
- Assist in managing updates to our Webflow site (no coding required, but nice to have)
- Monitor website performance and make suggestions for optimization (SEO, CTAs, layout)
- Report on traffic, engagement, and campaign ROI using tools like Google Analytics
Brand & Social
- Help maintain and grow our presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
- Schedule posts, engage with our audience, and work with the design team to create visual content
- Contribute ideas for creative campaigns and product launches
What You Bring
- 1+ years of experience in a marketing role (internships count!)
- Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, or Webflow
- Excellent writing and communication skills (samples appreciated)
- Analytical mindset and basic comfort with spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets)
- A self-starter attitude with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A university/college degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Bonus Points For
- Experience with SEO, Google Ads, or Meta Ads
- Web design or basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Familiarity with the events or SaaS industry
